Indianapolis when it rains

@paulski: really? yeah alot of people commute here from muncie. i have driven home early in the morning before and have been stuck in alot of traffic.

i actually put a blue filter on this which i think makes the picture look like the sun was actually out. but this was taken las tuesday when it was really gross out in the morning.

and did muncie do okay with that storm on friday? indianapolis didnt do so hot. the power was flickering off and on in my apartment so i had to go to the kroger across the street! the roads were all flooded and the power was out from keystone to ditch! a few buildings got completely destroyed too onlike 38th street !baddd stuff!
