Middle Eastern Festivals

i work at a middle eastern restaurant and one slow night i got really bored and plugged these lights in that i found in the office and took some pictures. i took this photo about 2 months ago. i like this photo but it looks a little grainy. if someone could let me know how i can fix this in photo shop or in another program let me know!

ps. i will probably be posting photos i took a while ago because i think someone stole my little point and shoot camera!
